How do I register for a course without a user name or password?

A user name and password are required to register for courses. However, you may browse our course catalog without registering by going to www.TexasCosmetologyContinuingEducationOnline.com, clicking on the appropriate course catalog, and clicking on "Enroll Now." Note: your email address will be used as your user name. Once you have registered, you will receive an email explaining how to log on and start your courses.

What is your refund policy?

You have the right to cancel your registration for any reason up to three (3) days from the date of purchase. Requests for cancellation must be made by calling customer support at (800) 442-1149. The request must be made prior to midnight of the third calendar day from the date of purchase. 360 Training will not grant a refund under any of the following circumstances: certificates issued, credits reported, course completed.

Do you accept any type of financial aid or offer any special rates for students or military personnel?

No financial aid is available for our courses.

How many times may I take the test?

3 attempts are standard except for a few courses.

How do I renew my cosmetology license?

License renewals vary by state. Please contact your state board about the cosmetology license renewal process.

I am using a dial-up connection and my courses are running slowly or not playing at times. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed or reliability of dial up connections. Dial performance will depend on many factors, for more information please contact your internet service provider.

How do my credits get reported to the state?

If you live in Texas or Florida your credits will be reported by 360 Training. If you live in Ohio, Georgia, Iowa or Nebraska, you are responsible for reporting your credits to the state.

How do I know where I am in the course?

When you are logged into the course, click on the "My Training" button in the bottom left-hand section of the course player. Click on "Outline" to see where you are in the course and to skip around to different sections.

What materials come with the cosmetology courses?

For the multi-media classes, all material is online. For the E-book or PDF classes, the course booklet is available for download.

I answered a security question incorrectly and now I am locked out of my course. How do I unlock it?

I lost my certificate. How do I get another one?

Go to the home page and select "Login." After logging into your account, click on the certificate icon next to the course title you would like to reprint.

Why does my credit card statement say 360 Training?

All of our online courses are powered by 360 Training, and all credit card payments are securely processed through 360 Training. Axiom Continuing Education does not maintain records of any of your personal credit card information.

Must I complete my course in one sitting?

No, you do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out. When you log back in, all of your information will be saved.

What are the online system requirements?

To ensure the most enjoyable user experience, we recommend using a computer and Internet connection with the following attributes:

  • IBM PC Compatible Computer (we recommend at least 1 GB RAM, and a processor equivalent to, or newer than, an Intel "Pentium 4" 2.4 GHz processor)
  • Microsoft Windows XP or Vista operating system
  • Internet connection (we recommend any type of broadband connection)
  • Sound Card with speakers or headphones
  • Monitor connected to a video card with driver equivalent to, or newer than, SVGA (1024x768)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 or greater
  • Microsoft Windows Media Player
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Adobe Flash Player

I forgot my User Name and Password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the home page and select "Login." Then click on the "forgot password" link below the student log in. After you enter your email address, you will receive an email with your password. If you have forgotten your user name and password, please contact customer support at (800) 442-1149.
